Ms. Solongoo Bayarsaikhan
Vice Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, the Government of Mongolia

Solongoo Bayarsaikhan was appointed as the Vice Minister for Justice and Home Affairs in October 2021. Previously, she worked as the Deputy Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat, the Government of Mongolia from 2020 to 2021.  Prior to joining public service, she was the managing partner of Avinex Partners LLP, a Mongolian law firm and worked as senior associate at Ulaanbaatar office Hogan Lovells, international law firm.  She obtained her LL.B degree from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary. She obtained LL.M degree in Mineral Law and Policy from the CEPMPLP, University of Dundee in 2011. She also obtained LL.M degree from Harvard Law School in 2015.
