Universitas Indonesia

Priskila Pratita Penasthika is an assistant professor in private international law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law, majoring in private international law, from Universitas Indonesia.

In September 2022, she completed her doctoral research focusing on choice of law in international commercial contracts at the Erasmus University Rotterdam – the Netherlands. The doctoral research is published as a book, entitled Unravelling Choice of Law in International Commercial Contracts: Indonesia as an Illustrative Case Study, by Eleven International Publishing.
